At Delhivery, I designed and maintained flagship B2C and B2B API documentation and field-mapping standards used across more than 200 enterprise client onboardings. Those patterns connected Delhivery's WMS and OMS with SAP, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress ecosystems.
At GMR/WAISL, the same lifecycle discipline now supports cloud, edge, on-premise, video analytics, sensor, telemetry and fleet-management data flows across 76 systems.
